Answers to the most common questions.

How much does an event cost? +
CAD $5 for the base card + optional add-ons (email delivery $2, reminders $1, premium template $3). All prices are before GST (5%) and QST (9.975%).
Do my guests need to create an account? +
No. They scan their unique QR and land directly on their RSVP page. No install, no account.
How does the QR code work? +
Each guest gets a personal QR pointing to a unique RSVP page. It can't be shared (one guest per QR). The page asks for their name, allergies, plus-ones, etc.
What happens to my event after 30 days? +
All data (card, guests, replies, photos) is wiped automatically. You can also delete everything manually any time.
Can I edit my event after payment? +
Yes. If you change the date, time or location, confirmed guests are automatically emailed.
How do I print my cards? +
Download the PDF (300 DPI, 5×7 with crop marks) from the dashboard or guests page. Print at home or at a print shop.
What envelopes should I use? +
A7 (5.25 × 7.25"), available at Staples, Walmart and Amazon Canada.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Card (Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Interac e-Transfer.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. All personal data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, passwords are hashed with bcrypt cost 12, traffic is HTTPS-only (HSTS). Servers are hosted in Quebec.
How do I delete my account and all data? +
From your privacy page, click "Request deletion". Permanent deletion happens after 7 days (legal cooling-off).
Can I organize a wedding or pro event? +
V1 targets children's parties (0-10 yrs). Adult, wedding and pro versions arrive in 2026-2027.
