1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Cartes Coelecoco (the "Service"), operated by Canada Horizon 3000 SA, headquartered in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
2. Service description
The Service lets users create personalized event invitations (printable 5×7 cards), manage RSVP responses via QR code, and receive Quebec-compliant invoices.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity from your account is considered yours. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Pricing and payment
Entry price is CAD $5.00 per event, excluding GST (5%) and QST (9.975%). Optional add-ons apply. Payment is due at checkout via card (Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer.
5. Refunds
No refund is due once cards have been generated. For technical issues caused by the Service, contact us within 48 hours for an amicable resolution.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, defamatory or privacy-invading content.
- No guest data collection without their consent.
- No circumventing security or quotas.
- No reselling without written authorization.
7. Intellectual property
Card templates, source code, and graphics remain Canada Horizon 3000 SA property. You retain ownership of the personal data you provide and grant us a limited license to display and print it as part of the Service.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect consequences (event cancellation, etc.).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account after email notice. Paid orders not yet delivered will be refunded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Quebec and Canadian law. Disputes fall under the courts of the Gatineau judicial district.
